If you are not satisfied with what you bought you can return it within 7 days for a refund. No questions asked, as long as the item's in its original packaging and condition.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Our order processing time is between 2-4 working days. All of our items are shipped by Australia Post. The shipping time depends on where you live but normally ranges between 5 - 9 business days, this is also completely dependent on the service capability of Australia Post on the day. Although this is rarely the case, in the case of unforeseen situations, we cannot be liable for delivery times longer than 9 days.

Please allow up to 48 hrs for email processing on weekdays and longer on weekends.
May I pickup items I purchase?
We are an internet company and deliver all our items via Australia Post.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
No. Our inventory is constantly evolving, so we have chosen not to publish a catalogue. All the items we have for sale are listed on our web site.
