What if you buy something and it not what you expect? Beads Online wants to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with what you bought you can return it within 7 days for a refund. No questions asked, as long as the item's in its original packaging and condition.

Note: Returns must be made via registered post, please send us an email notifying us of that number. For full returns please note that the postage will not be included in the refund. Partial returns Once we receive your order, we credit the appropriate account within 2 to 4 days; we also send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.

NOTE: Due to health regulations Ear Wires, Hooks, Threads & other components designed for piercings cannot be returned or exchanged.
