We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Beads Online. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund—no questions asked—as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item

Please return items by mail using registered post, and email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We do not charge restocking fees.

For full returns, the cost of postage is not refunded. For partial returns, once the item is received, refunds are processed within 1 business day, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges if you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item—just return the original product in new condition, and we’ll help you swap it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
